De Farlige Fluegangere

De farlige fluefangere (The Dangerous Fly Catchers) by Linda Klein and illustrated by Mett Marcussen is a quirky funny story about the flies living in the big green forrest who spend their days eating, drinking, and playing cards.  Life is fine, but what happens when the Fly Catchers come?!  Can the flies outwit their would-be catchers?

On 24 sides of the pages you'll find lots of pictures accompanied by 1-5 paragraphs on 11 of those pages.  Many of the words, and even whole sentences, are repeated so kids (and Danish learners!) can remember them.    Copyright 2004.  Hardcover book.  Nearly 8" H, 10.5 inches W, and about .25 inches thick,  10.8 oz.

Condition is very good.  There are a few small dents around the edges of the hard covers, and one larger one in the upper left corner (see pictures).  There are two stickers on the inside back cover.  One appears to be book information for libraries or bookstores.  The other is a seal with the words "Birkerød barne bibliotek" (Birkerød Children's Library) on it. The back cover has some smudging on it and the lower part of each page has very small crumple-wrinkles acquired from repeated page-turning.  Otherwise, ther is no damage to the pages, no writing or other markings.  Spine is in excellent shape and pages are well set in the spine.  No loose pages.
